Key Responsibilities for fitter

• Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on pharmaceutical production reactor, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and HVAC systems to avoid production downtime.
• Installation & Assembly: Assemble, install, and align new production and packaging machinery based on technical drawings and blueprints.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults in machinery.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to strict safety guidelines and GMP standards, ensuring cleanroom protocols are met during maintenance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and documentation of work performed, often within systems like SAP PM.
• Utility Support: Maintain factory utilities, including pipes, pumps, and compressors.
