Position: HR Officer

Reporting To: Head HR

Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad (Corporate Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Talent Acquisition for sales field force and corporate roles
• Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and fulfillment
• Define selection criteria aligned with hiring budgets
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, and other channels
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, negotiation, and onboarding
