Job Description
The Application Analyst – Operations Support will support the pilot and rollout of a newly implemented enterprise application across multiple locations. This is a hands-on technical role supporting a large-scale system rollout. The team is lean, and the analyst will be expected to independently triage issues, investigate system logs, and resolve application and hardware-related problems in a new environment with limited documentation. This role is more advanced than a traditional support center position and requires strong troubleshooting capabilities across application systems, hardware devices, and operational workflows.
Required Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications or similar technical environments
Strong hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution experience in application or system support roles
Ability to independently triage and resolve incidents with minimal documentation
Experience analyzing logs and performing root cause analysis
Experience supporting on-premise environments
Familiarity with hardware devices such as terminals, scanners, or peripheral equipment
Working knowledge of Java-based applications
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced rollout or implementation environment
Ability to manage priorities in high-urgency situations
Strong collaboration and communication skills while also being able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise or business-critical applications
Experience supporting multi-location system rollouts or deployments
Prior experience working closely with operations teams and field support teams
Experience supporting integrated software and hardware environments
Key Responsibilities
Support the pilot and phased rollout of a new enterprise application across multiple locations
Perform advanced triage of application incidents and operational issues
Analyze system and application logs to identify root cause of issues
Troubleshoot software and hardware integration issues
Partner with internal teams and operational staff to resolve escalations quickly
Provide stabilization support during rollout phases
Document findings, recurring issues, and resolution procedures
Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately 1 week every 4 weeks)
