We are seeking a paralegal to assist in handling pre-suit personal injury claims.

Responsibilities

• Handling potential new client intake calls
• Analyzing liability and damages and reporting to the attorneys
• Managing the scheduling of new client meetings
• Assisting with medical record retrieval
• Preparing demands

Qualifications

• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, as the position requires extensive contact with clients.
• Must be able to manage a high-volume caseload, with strong attention to detail.
• Must be a team player and able to function in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
