Regional Manager - Northeast

<p>The Regional Manager ensures the safe, productive, day-to-day onsite operations of utility-scale solar PV plants in a designated region. The manager is responsible for a team of local O&amp;M field service technicians, ensuring the highest levels of performance, reliability, and compliance with all safety and environmental standards to ensure peak productivity.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Uphold a high level of safety standards in everything that you do.</li> <li>Work with Remote Operations Center and Engineering Teams to coordinate dispatch and real-time repairs.</li> <li>Manage a team of technicians and coordinate daily planning of work and technical assistance.</li> <li>Perform occasional field site visits to solar facilities in region to assist technicians with routine maintenance, inspections, testing, equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and overseeing Subcontractors performing work.
