Role: UI/UX Designer (Design website mockups, landing pages, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces)

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

· Design high-quality, user-centered UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications

· Conduct user research to understand user needs, behavior, and pain points

· Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

· Design website mockups, landing pages, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces

· Work on graphic design assets such as brochures, social media ads, and creatives

· Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders

· Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and business goals

· Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies

Job Requirements

· Strong expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator

· Good understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and accessibility guidelines

· Ability to design clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces

· Experience in designing complex digital products

· Strong communication and collaboration skills

· Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly

· Portfolio is mandatory, showcasing UI/UX and graphic design work
