Job Title: SharePoint & Microsoft Power Platform Developer (US Citizens ONLY)

Location: Bethesda MD Hybrid

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess relevant experience appropriate to the responsibilities of their assigned role.
• Demonstrated experience in secure system development and administration in compliance with Federal information security standards, including FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, and NIST SP 800-218.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (Tier 2S) clearance and NIH Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentials.
• Working knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards is required.
• Experience supporting enterprise system integrations and external interfaces.

Required Technical Expertise

• SharePoint architecture and migration, including transitions from on-premises or SPSE environments to SharePoint Online (SPO)
• Microsoft Teams administration and management
• Microsoft Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• SQL Server and/or Azure SQL database support
• Qlik Sense development and analytics solutions
• AI platform configuration and integration, such as Microsoft Copilot or other enterprise AI tools
• DevSecOps practices, including secure code management tools like SonarQube and SAST/DAST
• Enterprise system integrations with platforms such as eRA and NBS

Minimum Qualifications

• Progressive experience in enterprise SharePoint architecture and administration.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online environments.
• Proven experience leading SharePoint migration projects from on-premises and/or SPSE environments to SharePoint Online (SPO).
• Experience working within Federal government or similarly regulated IT environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of Federal cybersecurity standards, including FISMA Moderate and NIST SP 800-53.
• Experience designing and architecting solutions supporting healthcare, document management, and grant management systems.

Minimum Qualifications (Key Personnel)

• Experience implementing or working with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) AI platforms, such as Microsoft Copilot or AI Builder.

Preferred Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Microsoft Certified Developer for SharePoint Solutions certification.
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or an equivalent information security certification (preferred).
