Paid Media Specialist (Meta Focus)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Mid-Level Meta Media Buyer to work closely under our Senior Strategist. This role is focused on day-to-day campaign execution, optimizations, and reporting while supporting larger strategy initiatives. You’ll gain exposure to managing meaningful budgets and contribute directly to the growth of e-commerce brands powered by Shopify.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Launch and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for Shopify-based e-commerce brands.
• Implement day-to-day optimizations: swapping creatives, refining audiences, and adjusting bids.
• Monitor pacing, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and escalate performance issues to the Senior Strategist when needed.
• Run A/B tests (audience, creative, placements) and document learnings for strategic refinement.
• Partner with the Senior Strategist on campaign structures, reporting, and testing roadmaps.
• Contribute to performance reports, ensuring insights are clear and actionable.

Growth & Development

• Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads Manager best practices and platform changes.
• Work within frameworks provided by the Senior Strategist to understand TOF/MOF/BOF funnel strategy.
• Build toward managing larger accounts over time with mentorship and training.

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
• Strong knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting, and optimization best practices.
• Familiarity with Shopify merchants or e-commerce brands (preferred).
• Comfortable analyzing key performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA).
• Solid understanding of Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and organization skills.
• Strong communicator able to collaborate within a remote team environment.
