We are looking for an experienced / fresher accountant to manage end-to-end accounting and reporting for cooperative housing societies in Mumbai. The role requires hands-on knowledge of society accounting, statutory filings, and coordination with auditors and managing committees. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Management  Maintain books of accounts (cash book, ledgers, member-wise accounts)

 Prepare financial statements: Income & Expenditure, Balance Sheet, Receipts & Payments

 Handle maintenance billing, receipts, and dues tracking  Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow Required Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Commerce (B.Com / BAF mandatory)  Proficiency in Tally / society accounting software and MS Excel would be an add on  Ability to handle multiple societies simultaneously Key Competencies

 High accuracy and attention to detail  Strong compliance mindset  Ability to work and coordinate with society committees and auditors  Time management for handling multiple clients and deadlines
