Full time
Number of years of experience expected: 3–5 years in model risk management, internal audit, or regulatory affairs at a bank or supervisory authority
Areas of past experience preferred: Experience with model validation, model inventory governance, and MRM policy frameworks. Chartered Accountant / MBA
Preferred geography of previous work experience: Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English. Application experience preferable: We require an internal subject matter expert on model risk regulation. You ensure that the platform's outputs, workflows, and documentation meet the standards set by SR 11-7, SS1/23, and equivalent frameworks, and you act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating regulatory scrutiny.
Review and validate platform-generated regulatory reports, audit trails, and model inventory outputs for compliance accuracy
Advise implementation teams on how to structure workflows to satisfy regulatory expectations
Support clients during internal audits and regulatory examinations by providing documentation and expert input
Monitor regulatory developments (Fed, PRA, ECB) and identify implications for platform features
Develop internal compliance playbooks and best-practice guides for both clients and the implementation team
Liaise with client model risk and internal audit teams to resolve compliance queries
Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid works in India
