An energetic, HR-savvy communicator who positions solutions with impact, turning complex ideas into compelling value for stakeholders across the organization. This role combines deep product expertise, consultative selling skills, and strategic thinking to influence decision-making and drive revenue growth.
The Strategic Solutions Consultant will engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders at the world’s leading brands to uncover business challenges, quantify value, and design tailored solutions that align with client objectives. Acting as the technical and strategic liaison, the SC ensures prospects and customers understand the full impact of Achievers’ platform on employee engagement, retention, and business performance.
