Job Description
We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support to end users and ensure smooth operation of desktop systems, laptops, and related IT equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Support software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripheral issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Support email and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365.
- Handle IT ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution of user requests.
- Assist with device imaging, deployment, and asset management.
- Maintain documentation of technical procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Coordinate with network and system teams to resolve complex technical issues.
