Summary:Ace Infoway is seeking a System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely support. This role involves managing servers, networks, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT systems.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain internal servers, networks, and IT infrastructureMonitor and support hardware, software, and end-user systemsEnsure endpoint security, system updates, and access controlsManage backup and recovery processesTroubleshoot IT issues and provide timely supportCoordinate with vendors for IT services, hardware, and softwareMaintain IT documentation and asset recordsEnsure uninterrupted operation of IT systemsQualifications / RequirementsWorking knowledge of Windows and Linux serversBasic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, switches, firewalls)Experience handling desktops, laptops, hardware, and peripheralsFamiliarity with endpoint security, antivirus, and patch managementExperience with backup and restore processesPreferred Skills / AttributesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to coordinate with vendorsBasic documentation and reporting skills
