- Supporting SOP design and process improvements
- Assisting in audits and financial reviews
- Working directly with clients to identify and solve gaps
Qualification Required:
- CA Intermediate cleared (both groups preferred)
- Strong basics in accounting, taxation, and compliance
- Curious, structured, and willing to go beyond checklists
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Prior exposure to startups or India-US work is a plus
