Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using NATURAL on mainframe systems
- Manage and optimize ADABAS and DB2 database performance
- Support daily operations of mainframe applications to ensure system stability
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and designs
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution for production systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support system improvements
- Document application changes, technical processes, and workflows
- Improve efficiency and performance of legacy systems
- Coordinate tasks effectively to meet timelines and priorities
