Role: Medical Coder Denial

Key Responsibilities:

Audit and code medical records using accurate ICD-10 and CPT-4 codes
Handle outpatient and/or inpatient coding with 96% accuracy
Meet turnaround time and productivity benchmarks
Ensure compliance with coding standards and ethical practices
Identify and support initiatives to reduce revenue leakage
Participate in team meetings and continuous learning programs

Role: Medical Coder Surgery (Cardio).

Key Responsibilities:

Perform coding for surgical records using ICD-10 and CPT-4 standards
Maintain 96% accuracy in coding with adherence to TAT
Meet or exceed productivity benchmarks for surgical coding
Maintain high professional and ethical standards
Contribute to process improvements and revenue optimization
Stay updated through training sessions and educational forums

Role: Medical Coder IVR (Interventional Radiology)

Key Responsibilities:

Review medical reports thoroughly to identify procedures and diagnoses
Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, and appropriate modifiers
Ensure correct coding of interventional radiology services
Handle coding-related denials and resolve issues to facilitate claim payment or escalation
Maintain high accuracy and compliance with coding standards
Meet productivity and turnaround time requirements
