Job Description
We are seeking a Scrum / Business Analyst who can drive agile delivery, manage requirements, and ensure successful execution of GenAI and software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, hands-on Scrum experience, and the ability to translate complex AI/GenAI requirements into actionable user stories.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Ceremonies: Facilitate sprint ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, refinement, retrospectives, and demos; track sprint health and progress.Requirement Management: Elicit, document, and refine requirements in the form of user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and edge cases.Backlog Ownership: Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.Release Coordination: Oversee UAT readiness, release planning, and documentation to ensure smooth delivery.Success Metrics: Define and track KPIs such as quality, adoption, latency, and cost where applicable.Must-Have SkillsBusiness Analysis: Strong skills in story writing, requirement traceability, and stakeholder management.Scrum Execution: Proven experience running Scrum with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.AI/GenAI Requirements: Ability to translate AI/GenAI requirements (e.g., grounding, citations, safety, evaluation) into testable stories
