You will be collaborating with various teams to contribute to key decisions and provide innovative solutions to challenges.

Your proficiency in Salesforce Administration will be invaluable as you engage with multiple teams and help drive operational effectiveness. We are excited to see how your skills can make a difference in our organization

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the administration and configuration of Salesforce to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance user experience.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain a reliable IT infrastructure.

Key Skills:

• Expert proficiency in Salesforce Administration and the Salesforce Platform.
• Must be Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
