What you’ll do:
- Oversee the administration and configuration of Salesforce to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance user experience.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain a reliable IT infrastructure.
Key Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce Administration and the Salesforce Platform.
- Must be Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
