Drive Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap as an augmented intelligence capability embedded within the Service Supply Chain ecosystem, focused on optimizing supply chain decisions, inventory, recovery, and circularity.

AI/ML-Enabled Use Case Development: Partner with a cross functional team to identify, prioritize, and launch new AI/ML-driven use cases that predict outcomes, flag exceptions, optimize decisions, and enable automated or semi-automated actions.

Business Acumen and Monetization: Develop a clear value proposition, including business plans, pricing models, and cost-to-serve assumptions. Identify and validate monetization opportunities as a sustainable, revenue-generating capability.

KPI Ownership and Performance Visibility: Define success metrics and KPIs (e.g., adoption, value delivered, recovery outcomes, automation impact, revenue contribution). Build executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly demonstrate ROI and business impact.

Go-to-Market and Growth Enablement: Shape and pilot a GTM strategy for offerings, including packaging, positioning, and enablement for Sales and Delivery teams. Ensure alignment with broader Service Supply Chain and product strategies.
