Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including device compliance, application deployment, software updates, endpoint protection, and policy management.
  • Manage device enrollment for corporate and BYOD environments, automating provisioning across Windows, iOS, and Android devices, including zero-touch enrollments.
  • Configure devices by creating custom profiles and managing shared and kiosk scenarios, as well as deploying VPNs, emails, and Wi-Fi profiles.
  • Ensure device compliance and integrate with Defender for Endpoint, utilizing assignment filters for managing apps and devices.
  • Integrate with Apple Business Manager and Google Play Store for effective app distribution.
  • Leverage Intune Diagnostics to create custom reports using KQL from Log Analytics data.
  • Configure connectors, including tokens for Configuration Manager and Apple VPP, along with eSIM configuration and understanding platform-specific limitations.
  • Expertise in Windows Autopilot profiles, troubleshooting deployment issues, and managing all Autopilot deployment scenarios.
  • Configure MDM/MAM policies, ensuring robust mobile device and application management with compliance and certificate-based authentication.
  • Manage Windows updates and reporting, including Autopatch, Endpoint Analytics, and Group Policy Analytics.
  • Configure endpoint security measures, BitLocker management, Windows Hello for Business, and application control.
  • Experience with configuring Intune add-ons such as Endpoint Privilege Management and Cloud PKI.
  • Manage hybrid cloud environments with co-management strategies (Intune + ConfigMgr).
  • Expertise in Entra ID, managing authentication services, dynamic groups, and Conditional Access policies.
  • Utilize Graph API and implement RBAC effectively.

Applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by regulations. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly with Microsoft Intune and device management.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Intune device compliance, application deployment, and automated provisioning across various platforms
  • High school diploma or GED

Compensation varies based on multiple factors such as office location and experience. The hourly salary range for this role is $60-$70.
