Role Overview:

As a Sales Program & Incentive Management Specialist at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be to transform sales into a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. You will be required to have a deep understanding of Accenture's sales processes, tools, metrics, and techniques to support aggressive sales goals. Your role will involve equipping sales teams with the necessary content, training, and data to drive sales activity effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly produce business analysis and summary reports, interpreting them based on business needs.
  • Create personalized reports in a timely manner according to specific requirements, ensuring actionable and relevant insights for the sales team.
  • Organize regular communication meetings for the sales team, documenting key points and accurately recording meeting minutes.
  • Understand and track the status of sales opportunities, highlighting any associated risks and sharing updates with the team.
  • Respond to inquiries from the sales team regarding various business data, providing timely and accurate answers to support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the reporting process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduation in any field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in data analysis and sales operations.
  • Proficiency in creating sales reports and using Excel functions, preferably familiar with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI.
  • Experience in the Software & Platforms industry with knowledge of data and cloud infrastructure products.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support customers in sales reporting and sales opportunity management.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
  • Ability to establish strong client relationships, manage multiple stakeholders, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Collaboration, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to quality, process orientation, and agility for quick learning.
