As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your main focus will be on utilizing your skills in Salesforce Lightning Web Components to develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives. Collaborating with team members and actively participating in discussions will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform independently and strive to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions to provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Assist in documenting application processes and workflows.
• Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications Required:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apex programming and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Additional Information:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. This position is based in our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required for this role. Role Overview:
