Qualifications Required:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Service Desk Management.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support.
  • Prior experience in relevant related skills is advantageous.
  • Advanced Level German Language proficiency is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of studies.
