As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for both production and development systems. Your typical day will involve addressing various technical issues, collaborating with team members, and ensuring that all configured services operate smoothly across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software problems, implementing technology solutions, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the systems in place. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
Qualifications Required:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Reporting Analytics.
- Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
