Role Overview:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves acting as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. Your role will require you to leverage your exceptional communication skills to define client issues accurately and design effective resolutions based on your in-depth product knowledge. You will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality service and support, ensuring that client satisfaction remains a top priority throughout your interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system administration.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications Required:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Citrix environments.
- Familiarity with network protocols and security measures relevant to application support.
- Ability to document processes and create user guides for clients.
Note: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Role Overview:
