SAP Archiving Lead

The work

The senior SAP Archiving SME is responsible for configuring SAP classical and ILM archiving objects across various modules. They will monitor archiving jobs and resolve issues with job execution. They will also identify test data for unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance, working with client's functional consultants for validation of test results.

Key responsibilities:

• Create implementation and testing documentation
• Collaborate with members of functional and infrastructure teams to identify and refine requirements and any data related optimization opportunities
• Administration of the OpenText Archive Server and associated modules to include installation of new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems
• Monitor systems to ensure OpenText solution is operating as expected
• Facilitate work with application teams and provide deployment support
• Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members

Here's what you need:

• 7 + years SAP Archiving experience
• Team lead experience
• Knowledge of SAP ILM
• Experience leading record retention design workshops with the client
• Experience with SAP data migration

Nice to have

• Relevant SAP Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning
