Summary

As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will provide a comprehensive assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to facilitate their migration to the cloud. Your typical day will involve planning, delivering, and implementing application and data migration strategies that leverage both private and public cloud technologies. You will focus on creating scalable and high-performance solutions that drive next-generation business outcomes, collaborating with various teams to ensure a smooth transition and optimal performance in the cloud environment. Your role will also require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the migration process and support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of migrated applications to ensure they meet business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Move Architecture.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Migration Planning, Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
• Strong understanding of cloud service models including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Move Architecture.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
