Accelerated Information Systems (AIS) is seeking a highly organized and motivated candidate to support our growing team. This is an entry-level, growth-focused role designed for candidates who want to build a career in sales and marketing. You will start by supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, marketing operations, and telemarketing outreach.

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Administrative Operations

• Manage and track partner certifications to ensure team compliance.
• Handle prospect registering within partner portals.
• Generate and analyze Mailchimp reports to track campaign engagement.
• Perform regular Salesforce updates to maintain CRM data integrity.
• Coordinate the co-op funding lifecycle, including preapprovals and reimbursement requests.
• Compile comprehensive event detail documents for upcoming trade shows and meetings.

Sales & Outreach

• Conduct telemarketing and outbound calling for campaign and event follow-up to qualify leads and support the sales pipeline.
• Accounting and Administrative Follow-ups
• Assist with Request for Proposal (RFP) qualification and response preparation.
• Support data gathering and organization for broader business development efforts.
• Accurately record and manage all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Familiarity with Mailchimp

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 base (depending on experience)
