What You’ll Do:

New Patient Conversions and Scheduling

  • Convert incoming inquiries and referrals into scheduled evaluations
  • Respond quickly and confidently to new leads
  • Own the process of turning interest into commitment
  • Build and maintain a strong schedule that supports full plan-of-care completion

Insurance and Financial Coordination

  • Verify benefits and obtain authorizations
  • Clearly explain deductibles, copays, and coverage
  • Collect payments professionally at check-in and check-out

Case Management and Data Accuracy

  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation
  • Track reports and front office metrics
  • Keep patient charts organized and complete

Front Office Operations

  • Greet every patient like a VIP
  • Monitor the schedule and communicate with the clinical team
  • Reduce cancellations and improve compliance through proactive follow-up
  • Support ongoing marketing and social media activity

This is a high-volume outpatient environment. You will multitask. You will problem-solve. You will adapt quickly.

  • Have 1+ years of front desk, PCC, or admin experience in PT, chiro, or healthcare setting
  • Communicate with clarity, warmth, and confidence, especially on the phone
