As they continue to grow and expand their operations, they are seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their full meat processing facility located in Southern Alberta (North of Lethbridge/Taber).

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the meat processing facility, ensuring efficient production and workflow.
- Lead, supervise, and support plant staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Monitor and maintain production schedules, output targets, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all operations comply with food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Work closely with team members to maintain product quality and consistency throughout all stages of processing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies, and operational enhancements.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet production demands.
- Oversee health and safety practices within the facility and promote a culture of workplace safety.
- Coordinate with leadership and other departments regarding inventory, supply needs, and production planning.
- Address operational challenges as they arise and implement practical solutions to keep production running smoothly.
- Support the continued growth and expansion of plant operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in meat processing, food production, or a similar manufacturing setting is required.
- Previous managerial experience is required.

Salary
$80,000 – 100,000+
- Salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Full benefits provided after completion of probationary period.
Work Hours
- Monday to Friday.
- 40-50 hours per week.

- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
