Job Title: Front Office & Housekeeping Supervisor
Department: Administration & Facilities
Working Timings: 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Working Days: Five Days a Week + 2 fixed working Saturdays per month (as per roster/requirement)
About the Role
The Receptionist cum Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing front desk operations while ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the office premises. This role requires strong organizational skills, customer-facing professionalism, and the ability to supervise housekeeping staff to maintain a safe and pleasant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records, gate passes, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness (cleanliness, stationery, refreshments).
- Handle courier, dispatch, and mail management efficiently.
- Support day-to-day administrative functions, including documentation and coordination.
Housekeeping & Facility Supervision
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure execution of daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across office areas, including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, restrooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Conduct routine inspections and implement corrective actions where required.
- Manage inventory of cleaning materials, pantry supplies, and consumables.
- Coordinate deep cleaning, sanitization, pest control, and waste management activities.
- Ensure hygiene standards are consistently maintained in line with company expectations.
Compliance & Workplace Experience
- Ensure adherence to workplace hygiene, safety, and administrative policies.
- Address employee concerns related to cleanliness and facilities in a timely manner.
- Maintain records and reports related to housekeeping schedules, inventory, and vendor services.
- Contribute to creating a positive and professional office environment.

Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Administration preferred)
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in front office and/or housekeeping supervision.
- Experience in an IT company or a corporate office environment will be preferred.
