Job Title: Civil Execution & Planning Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Civil Execution & Planning Engineer to manage end-to-end construction activities across multiple project locations. The candidate will be based in Hyderabad and will be required to travel to project sites (including locations like Meghalaya or other regions) as per business needs. The role demands strong expertise in site execution, planning, coordination, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Manage site workforce, subcontractors, and materials
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of milestones

Project Planning & Monitoring:

• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and execution plans
• Track project progress and update schedules regularly
• Identify delays and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams

Coordination & Reporting:

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Conduct site meetings and provide updates to management

Quality & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and construction practices
• Implement and monitor safety procedures at site
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues

Billing & Documentation:

• Prepare and verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Handle contractor billing and measurement verification
• Maintain proper documentation, drawings, and reports

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction and execution
• Experience in project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, and billing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work across multiple locations and manage travel schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience in infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects

Additional Expectations:

• Candidate will be based in Hyderabad and must be willing to travel frequently to project sites as per requirement
• Ability to work in remote and challenging site conditions (including locations like Meghalaya)
• Hands-on involvement in all aspects of execution and planning
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
