Job Description
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager II, Peer-to-Peer for EPKINLY, will lead the strategy and development of educational materials across a range of peer-to-peer (P2P) initiatives. The MMII will immerse themselves in the EPKINLY HCP brand strategy across approved indications in DLBCL and FL to support the planning, execution, and delivery of materials for the Speaker’s Bureau and Oncology Nurse Educators (ONEs). The MMII will ensure effective execution of P2P tactics, including program management, field communications and planning, and optimization based on share of voice and educational reach. The MMII will collaborate closely with Alliance partner, internal and external agencies and cross-functional partners, including Sales, Thought Leader Liaisons, ONEs, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Finance. A key expectation is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a matrixed organization and deliver work on time and within budget. All program development and execution must reflect strong awareness of AbbVie P2P compliance requirements and the evolving pharmaceutical compliance environment.
Key Responsibilities
· P2P Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of annual and tactical P2P plans aligned with strategic brand objectives, HCP educational needs, and market insights.
· Speaker Bureau & Product Theatre Support: Lead the design and implementation of speaker bureau strategies, product theatre initiatives, and related peer education tactics.
· Speaker Program Logistics: Manage speaker program logistics, scheduling, tracking, and operational follow-through to ensure effective execution.
· Alliance Collaboration: Collaborate and gain alignment with EPKINLY”s Alliance partners on strategy, tactical execution, and compliance requirements across all P2P
· Content Development: Develop educational materials including Speaker’s Deck and program assets for P2P initiatives in alignment with brand strategy and HCP needs.
· Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Sales, TLLs and ONEs to deliver brand messaging, content, and programming in medical educational channels
· Agency Management: Lead coordination with multiple agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.
· Project & Budget Management: Manage the P2P budget and track multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail, timelines, and deliverables
· Compliance & Governance: Ensure all program development and execution follows AbbVie and Alliance P2P compliance requirements and applicable pharmaceutical industry standards.
· Review & Approval Support: Support review, approval, and governance processes for AbbVie and Alliance partner in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
· P2P Performance Optimization: Partner with Commercial Insights to define KPIs, continuously evaluate P2P investments based on program performance, and optimize based on results and insights.
· Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
· 5–8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
· 3+ years of marketing-related experience
· Understanding of compliance guidelines for the pharmaceutical industry
· Experience management budgets closely, as well as agency partners and vendor logistical support
· Strong collaboration and communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to operate quickly and decisively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
· Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accountability.
Preferred Skills
· Oncology experience strongly preferred.
· Experience supporting peer-to-peer programs, speaker bureau activities, or HCP education initiatives.
· Experience navigating Promotional Review Committee (PRC/MLR) processes and working with commercial compliance, legal, and medical review partners.
· Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams and with Alliance Partner.
· Analytical mindset with ability to monitor performance and support optimization of programs.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of thisposting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
