As a Project Manager (Web & Internal Applications) at iThink by Lodha, Palava, you will be responsible for leading web and internal application projects from concept to deployment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects
- Conduct Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Manage product backlogs and sprints using Jira
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, and Business teams
- Identify project risks and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure quality releases within deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience as a Project Manager in web/software projects
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- CSM or PSM certification
- Experience working on enterprise portals or internal systems
