<h3>Project Manager, Service Transition</h3> <h4>Job Summary</h4> <p>We are seeking a Project Manager to support high-impact internal system initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and enterprise platform alignment. This role partners with C-level stakeholders, Finance, Operations, Technology teams, and external vendors to ensure structured governance, cross-functional alignment, and successful program execution.</p> <p>As part of the broader Project Management organization, this position will lead client onboarding and other strategic initiatives as business priorities evolve. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, solutions-oriented project leader who thrives in both internal and client-facing environments.</p> <h4>Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end delivery of assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, budget, and defined outcomes.</li> <li>Establish and maintain structured project plans, milestones, and governance standards to drive execution discipline.</li> <li>Lead stakeholder engagement across executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors, providing clear reporting and decision support.</li> <li>Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to protect delivery.</li> <li>Oversee client onboarding engagements, including kickoff, implementation oversight, transition to support teams, and successful stabilization.</li> <li>Ensure thorough documentation, knowledge transfer, and formal project closure upon completion.</li> </ul> <h4>Skills &amp; Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and lead structured, outcome-focused discussions.</li> <li>Strong organizational discipline with the ability to drive clarity, accountability, and alignment across cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Proven experience managing complex initiatives in fast-paced environments, including coordination with third-party vendors and system integrations.</li> <li>Ability to balance internal operational priorities with client-facing project delivery.</li> <li>Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.</li> <li>Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
