Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and motivated freshers to join our on‑ground sales team as Junior Retail Sales Executives.
The role involves visiting retail stores across Mumbai, introducing SpiceRaga products, taking orders, and building strong relationships with shop owners.
This is an ideal role for candidates who want to start their career in FMCG / sales and gain real market exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores daily (kirana stores, supermarkets, local retailers) within Mumbai.
- Introduce SpiceRaga products to shop owners and explain product benefits.
- Convince retailers to stock and sell SpiceRaga products.
- Take orders from stores and pass them to the sales team.
- Ensure proper shelf placement and basic product visibility at stores.
- Build friendly and long‑term relationships with retailers.
- Collect feedback from the market and share it with the team (pricing, competitor products, demand).
- Maintain simple records of store visits and orders.
