Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and coordinating with internal delivery teams.
This role requires strong ownership of both sales and execution coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and market research
- Engage with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers
- Present solutions and convert opportunities into business
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
Client Management
- Manage end-to-end client relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct regular client reviews and follow-ups
Coordination & Delivery
- Work closely with technical and development teams
- Ensure timely execution of client projects
- Track project progress and resolve client issues
- Maintain alignment between client requirements and delivery team
Reporting & Strategy

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field
- MBA preferred (not mandatory)
Experience
- 5–12 years experience in Business Development / Sales / IT Services / SaaS / Consulting
- Proven experience in B2B client acquisition and deal closure
- Experience handling corporate clients or enterprise accounts preferred
