Job Description
Technical Support Associate
Location: On-site | Age: 22–28 years |
We are hiring Technical Support Associates for a technology project. Candidates should have basic technical knowledge, strong English communication, and a customer-first approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via call/chat/email
- Troubleshoot basic hardware & software issues
- Document cases and follow standard procedures
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior teams
- Maintain customer satisfaction and SLA compliance
Requirements
- Basic understanding of computers & operating systems
- Excellent spoken and written English
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
- Graduate/Diploma in IT or related field (preferred)
- Office-based role; willingness to work in shifts if needed
Nice to Have
- Prior tech support or BPO experience
- Familiarity with commonly used IT hardware/software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
