Concierge Receptionist

At Panchshil Realty's premium hospitality destination, Marriott Suites Pune, we house The Recess Club - a thoughtfully curated lifestyle and wellness space designed to offer members a seamless blend of fitness, leisure, and community.

To elevate the member experience, we are looking for a Concierge Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and effortless. This role is integral to creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and delivering a high standard of service that reflects the ethos of The Recess Club.

Marriott Suites, Koregaon Park, Pune.

Role Description

• Welcome members and guests with a courteous and service-oriented approach, ensuring a premium first impression
• Manage daily front desk operations including member check-ins, class bookings, and appointment scheduling
• Handle inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset
• Coordinate effectively with trainers, instructors, and operations teams to ensure smooth on-ground execution
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions, bookings, and administrative tasks
• Uphold the club's standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times
• Anticipate member needs and proactively enhance their overall experience

Key Requirements

• Prior experience in front desk, hospitality, customer service, or concierge roles preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in handling bookings, scheduling, and basic administrative functions
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a calm, composed demeanor
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability.
