We are seeking a hands on, process focused, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead accounting group and financial statement reporting. This role will lead monthly close, monthly financial reporting and capital expenditure management and reporting. Role will work with controller on improvement of accounting policies and processes. Role will lead the integration of “One Stucki” driving one team and process across entire business including recent acquisitions.

This individual will report directly to the Corporate Controller and will lead global accounting consolidations and reporting while building a world-class accounting process that supports growth, operational excellence, providing financial data that enables improved business decisions. Duties/Responsibilities:

Lead the company’s global accounting operations including general ledger, consolidations, project accounting, revenue recognition, technical accounting and internal controls. Establish and own formal financial reporting processes (U.S. GAAP), creating the framework for accurate and timely global financial statements. Partner with FP&A, and operations teams to align accounting outcomes with strategic business initiatives. Drive financial process standardization and automation, building scalable systems and controls to support growth across plants and operations. Manage the global close and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, transparency and timeliness of financial statement presentation. Manage the capital projects process to ensure projects are approved, spend control to budget and serve as the key leader for M&A integration efforts, overseeing accounting diligence, post-acquisition consolidation, and financial system alignment. Work with controller to ensure compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement in reporting and controls. Lead and mentor team accounting team across U.S. and international locations, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

Skills/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting and leadership experience, with at least 3 years managing others. Strong knowledge in operational accounting, technical accounting, and financial reporting (U.S. GAAP) with some experience with outside auditors. Experience in consolidations both domestic and international along with some understanding of M&A transactions and integration Experience driving ERP improvement. Industry experience within industrial services or manufacturing. Prior experience leading multi-site manufacturing with some accounting complexity strongly desired.
