Job Description
The successful candidate will provide maintenance of an already released application. You will be responsible for ensuring that the app remains stable, secure, compatible and reliable. This is an hourly position, as needed and the contractor will:
- Execute designing, coding, debugging, and unit testing of an already released app.
- Evaluate problems to develop solutions relating to bugs and crashes.
- Provide certification of OS and device compatibility
- Apply security patches to fix vulnerabilities
- Improve existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for alteration.
- Optimize performance and release regular updates
- Interface with users to define system requirements and/or necessary alterations.
- Interact with all internal and external sources necessary to complete assignments.
- Deprecate outdated features
- Update dependencies and tools
- Adapt the app to policy/store guideline changes
