AR Bookkeeper – A Fix Equipment & AFE Rentals

We are a family-owned heavy equipment repair and rental shop with 15+ years serving the industry. As we grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented AR Bookkeeper, preferably with experience with small businesses to help us build cleaner financial processes across both of our entities.

This is a hands-on role with real opportunity to grow. Beyond core bookkeeping you'll have the chance to contribute to broader projects including financial tool evaluation, grant research, and employee benefits setup as we continue to expand.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and organize Accounts Receivable for A Fix Equipment and AFE Rentals
• Lead AR follow-ups and recommend process improvements
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
• Provide general office and administrative support as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, or AR
• Hands-on experience with QBO or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Clear communicator with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working and coordinating with others for system-level changes

Assets (not required):

• Experience working with multiple business entities
• Familiarity with construction, trades, or equipment industries
• Working toward or interested in CPA designation

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
