Job Description
A.E.G. Industrial Designs is a custom conveyor solutions company, dedicated to providing professional consulting, design/engineering and project management services to the food, beverage, and manufacturing industries. We are currently seeking a motivated candidate to join our team to assist with the daily organization and general operations of our office, as well as assisting the Sales department.
Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls and correspondence.
- Receive and process mail/prepare outgoing mail.
- Arrange courier shipments.
- Project file administration.
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Create and update records with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Office supply replenishment.
- Marketing and website maintenance.
- Filing, Photocopying, Scanning.
- Errand running.
- Calendar management.
- Accounts payable/receivable.
- Processing purchase orders and invoicing.
- Other tasks as required.
- Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in office administration.
- 2-3 years experience of QuickBooks including; accounts payable, accounts receivable.
- At least 3 years related experience and training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Able to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and detail-oriented.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry an asset.
- Ability to read, understand, and rewrite quotes with mechanical knowlegde.
- Willing to go on-site and support with the ability to take mesurements, ability to communicate with customers.
- Understanding 2D drawings/sketches would be an asset.
- Abililty to take detailed notes and excellent with formatting.
- Understanding of the manufacturing process would be an asset.
- A valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation is a must.

Pay: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
