Job Title: Energy Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor client sites & build customer retention models based on analyzing client energy trends.
• Responsible for identifying scope of energy efficiency improvement in the system with the help of visualization alongside continuous integration & application of energy domain knowledge.
• Responsible for HVAC energy audits for different types of clients.
• Provide actionable analytical insights and recommendations based on findings aligned to business objectives such as segmentation and targeting of customers.
• Role includes helping the technician for site installation, data flow stabilization, report generation & support to technical issues during and after commissioning.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Adopt analytical methodologies based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders and industry best practices.
• Prioritize and respond to requests for data retrieval, visualization, and investigation with minimal turnaround time.
• Implement and maintain data mining, statistical, and visualization algorithms needed for data analysis.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate, preferable from Environmental/Energy background.
• Excellent Computer proficiency.

Work Experience

• 2-4 year(s) of in-depth understanding & analysis of energy data. Conducts energy data analysis. Implements & maintains the data mining.
• Need to work in a rotation day shift with adaptable weekly offs.
• Proven ability to manage large datasets and conduct analysis involving multivariable equations.
• Experience in working in Energy or HVAC industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
