Job Description
Are you a problem solver with a knack for success and customer service who is looking for more in their career? We are seeking a proactive individual with Service Advisor experience who thrives in team environments to join our service team. As an Experienced Service Advisor, you will have the important role of Customer Service and helping with automotive challenges while fostering a culture of cooperation and efficiency with the potential to move into a management role.

Compensation: Up to $80,000 - $100,000 per year
What You Will Be Doing:
- Ascertain auto services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
- Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
- Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system
- Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation
- Maintain accurate records by recording problems and corrective actions planned
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications
- Other duties as assigned

- Auto Experience, expertise and performance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum 1 - 2 years in a customer service role
- Valid G Drivers License
- Able to work flexible hours within our business hours including Saturdays
