About the Role

We are looking for someone to manage our vendors, sourcing, and supply chain operations. You will make sure we get the right materials on time, work with the right suppliers, and that all our products are tested and documented properly before delivery.

What You Will Do

• Find and develop vendors for raw materials, machining, and other manufacturing services.
• Source aerospace-grade metals and materials with proper certifications (mill test reports, material certificates).
• Coordinate with NABL-accredited labs for material and product testing (hardness, tensile, chemical, NDT).
• Monitor outsourced jobs like heat treatment, coating, and machining to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare delivery documents — challans, packing lists, inspection certificates, and test reports.
• Keep proper records of all vendors, materials, and quality documents for audits.

What We Are Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in vendor development, procurement, or supply chain in a manufacturing company.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawing, aerospace or industrial materials and quality standards.
• Good communication and negotiation skills for working with vendors and labs.
• Comfortable with documentation, MS Excel, and keeping organised records.
• Willingness to visit vendors and outsourcing partners when needed.
