We are actively looking for experienced SAP Payroll professionals for one of our prestigious clients.

🔹 Mandatory Skills:

• SAP ECC Payroll & Time Management
• Payroll Configuration & Testing
• Multi-country Payroll Support
• SAP Process Modelling Suite – Signavio / ARIS / Visio
• Payroll Integrations & Compliance
• Test Scenario & Test Script Creation

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support India & Japan payroll operations from offshore location
• Collaborate with payroll vendors for implementations and support
• Handle payroll testing cycles, validation, Cutover, Go-Live & Hypercare activities
• Develop E2E test scenarios and expected results
• Work closely with HR, Finance and cross-functional teams
• Support payroll integrations, compliance and audit activities
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications

🔹 Preferred Experience:

• Strong SAP Payroll fundamentals
• Experience in payroll implementations and steady-state support
• Exposure to payroll regulatory frameworks and integrations
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

SAP HCM – ECC Payroll

• 8+ yrs SAP HCM with ECC/S4 Payroll (not SuccessFactors payroll).
• Minimum 2–3 payroll implementations required.
• Strong payroll process and configuration knowledge expected.
• Shift based on project region (India/EMEA).
