Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Team Leader / Principal Sales Consultant who will join along with an existing team of sales professionals. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing team performance, and closing high-value real estate deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an existing team of sales executives/consultants
- Drive individual as well as team sales targets
- Ensure strong lead conversion and revenue generation
- Handle premium clients and high-value property deals
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance for closures
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and sales output
- Maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat business
- Coordinate with pre-sales and marketing teams for lead flow
Mandatory Requirement:
- Candidate must join along with an active sales team (minimum 3–5 members)
- Proven track record of team performance and revenue generation
- Strong leadership and team retention ability
