Location: Chennai / Vizag

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Coffee Machine Technician responsible for installation, servicing, and repair of coffee and vending machines at client locations. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, troubleshooting ability, and customer interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission coffee/vending machines at client sites
• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, descaling, and calibration
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Replace faulty components such as pumps, boilers, valves, and grinders
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime
• Respond to breakdown/service calls on time
• Test machines post-service to ensure proper functioning and quality output
• Provide basic training to clients on machine usage and maintenance
• Maintain service records and report issues to the supervisor

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field (preferred)
• 6 months 5 years of experience in servicing vending machines / appliances / equipment
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with tools and diagnostic equipment
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned location

• Coffee / Vending machine companies
• Appliance service industry
• HoReCa equipment servicing
• Water purifier / ATM / electrical service technicians

Working Conditions:

• Field-based role involving client visits
• Requires physical work including handling and lifting equipment

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Hands-on experience with installation, servicing, and troubleshooting
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment faults efficiently
