Job Summary

We are hiring Apprenticeship Trainees (Plant Maintenance) for a leading German MNC in Karnataka. This role is ideal for Chemical Engineering freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in plant operations, maintenance, and shift management in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain plant machinery and operations
• Assist Shift In-Charge in daily plant activities and shift management
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports
• Support maintenance and operational activities on the shop floor
• Work efficiently in a plant-based industrial environment

Requirements

• Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering only)
• Passing Year: 2021 /2022 /2023 /2024 /2025
• Freshers are eligible
• Provisional Certificate is mandatory
• Willingness to work in plant environment

Work Details:

• Work Mode: Work From Office (Plant-based)
• Shift: Day Shift
• Working Days: 6 days/week
• Week Off: 1 rotational off
